1997. She has also been a Reiki Master since 1996 and incorporates ideas from
many different backgrounds, such as Chinese 5-elements, Polarity, Ayurvedic
knowledge, Tibetan Tonal, sound, movement, light, crystals, essences, essential
oils, Feldenkrais, Alexander, Somatics, and Ortho-bionomy.
